Thank you for shopping with Tradesman's Pride.

Order Processing Time All orders are carefully packed and processed within 5–7 business days of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time We currently ship within Canada only. US and international shipping coming soon.

Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, remote destinations, or peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup We do not currently offer local pickup. All orders ship directly to the address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all please contact us at info@tradesmanspride.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address Changes Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@tradesmanspride.ca
